No Regrets Whatsoever

I work on the machine for about 20minutes after a light 10minutes jog about 4 times a week. After just 2 weeks of training, my golf shots went significantly longer with the usual swing I do. I love the training for its simple, effective and very functional sets of exercises which are good even for beginners. The risk of injury is minimal due to the mechanics of the exercises using the body's weight on a smooth sliding platform. Overall, it is one investment I know I will not regret putting into. Nevertheless, it would be great if the price can come down some more as it is a simple contraption albeit a great idea.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy

I love the Total Gym. I think it works for all body types of men and women. You can adjust it to fit your personal needs. It is quiet so you can use it anywhere. It is smooth to use. It is quick and easy to change to different resistance levels. I received my total gym on January 16th, 2009 and I haven't stopped using it since. I am stronger because of the total gym and I am seeing definition in my arms and my legs. I am losing weight each week. If asked I would say invest in your health and get the total gym today.

A great piece of equipment, good for general fitness; prevents exercise-related injuries; it is fun to workout on it; it has now been used more often when unfolded - it takes an extra effort to take it out of storage every time; can be easily used by people with a different level of fitness and goals; can see positive results in a relatively short period of time if done properly; good instructional dvds

I love it. It is easy to use and I can feel it working. It is a bit bulky to move around. The wheels do not roll so easily. I wish the excersie cards showed the muscles being used in each exercise

I have been using the product on and off since first receiving it. I am now consistantly using it for 2 1/2 weeks since my job issues have settled down. I like that I can go from one excercise to the other w/ease.
