New Body in 30 days

I started out using the beginners DVD for a week then I jumped into the 6 day 8 minute workouts in 30 days I have had dramatic results and people are asking me what I am doing. I was getting asked so much when I finally told what I was doing TOTAL GYM 2 of my co-workers bought one each. I was a weight lifter and I constantly hurt my back, now I have no impact on my back and I can finally work my shoulders and chest without any back injury due to the heavy weight. 30 days awesome !

i love this machine its a miracle in fitness i just wish i would have ordered sooner this is the best exercise machine i have ever used thts coming from a life long fat king no lie im shaping up very good i have had it 5 weeks i have lost 17 pounds im 24 years old and i dont use it everday so ppl listen treat yourhealth get the total gym its a miracle in in home fitness thank u chuck norris i cant be more happier

We are in out 70's and find this exerciser helpful in keeping muscle tone & general health benefit. It is easy to keep at it because you can set the workout to a comfortable, but effective level. We like it!

I use the total gym 4 times a week since I purchased it. My work out currently is 35 minutes on treadmill then right into the total gym. I am doing the 15 different exercises with 15 reps for each exercise. I move to next level when I can complete 20 reps for each exercise. I started on level 2 and am now on level 4. Offers me flexibility and endurance. Great purchase.

I find that it does not "ROLL" like it says in all of the promos and it is not east to get it out (we store ours in a corner in our room or under our bed). Once I have it out and on the floor ...yes then it is easy and I love it.

I like the fact that I don't have to worry about lifting weights which I frequently have injured myself. This is so worth the price! I have so much enjoyed it and I just love it.
