I had a knee injured in November just after I received my total gym, and my doctor has told me to use the t.gym to strengthen my legs. It is perfect because I can control the impact on my knees and how much I exercise them to build up them up again. It's great.

Great for Strength Training. Fun way to Work out. Need to get heart rate up first by doing some other exercise before using the Total Gym for best results in weight loss.

My wife and I, are using the gym every other day. Befor this my wife had never worked out with anything. We have been married for 40 years,and never has she even wanted to workout. We started the day after we got the gym. We workout every other day. When we started Cherie(wife), could not even finish any exercise on 1st level. She has been working hard and now is up to level 3 and compleating all the exercises. I have worked up to level 4 and doing well. We have lost weight and feel great. New Body in 30 days

I started out using the beginners DVD for a week then I jumped into the 6 day 8 minute workouts in 30 days I have had dramatic results and people are asking me what I am doing. I was getting asked so much when I finally told what I was doing TOTAL GYM 2 of my co-workers bought one each. I was a weight lifter and I constantly hurt my back, now I have no impact on my back and I can finally work my shoulders and chest without any back injury due to the heavy weight. 30 days awesome !
