We love our Total Gym

I love this product, it is both fun to work out on and gives great results. I really like the instructional videos as they are very clear on how to use the equipment. The only negative I have about the Total Gym is that the wingbar attachment is difficult to attach quickly. I struggle a bit with it as does my husband. I don't know how that could be improved. Everything else about it is really great!

I ride an exercise bike 5 miles, do my TOTAL GYM workout then 3 more miles on the exercise bike. I have lost inches off my stomach and added inches to my arms, legs and chest.So far I`ve lost twenty-two pounds.I feel that the TOTAL GYM if used regularly is the best piece of equipment to use to attain or to surpass your goals !!!!!!!!!!!

The machine is extremely easy to use and setup or take down. It's very effective in targeting the muscle group desired. The only complaint ( not really a complaint ) is I personally need more holes or resistance for some muscle groups, i.e. I'm too strong for the machine. For a beginner it would be perfect. And perhaps an intermediate as well. But overall an excellent piece of equipment. I would definitely buy it again.

I've had the Total Gym for 90 days and I love it. I have never liked to exercise but, for the first time in my life I want to use my gym. I've even told my friends I am addicted to it!
