I love my TG

I like my tg because I am over 300 pounds and every thing is hard for me to do. but my tg is the best all my exercises are either laying down or sitting down. and let me tell you compared with the bowflex that is a heaven sent. when I used the bowflex just thinking of using it and all the stuff I had to go through took away my motivation but when I think of using my tg I feel happy cuz I know it is going to be easy and I am going to get a workout that is just right for me at my level. I will keep my tg for a long long time I'll be 100 years old on my tg. yeah

I bought the Total Gym to help me lose weight. I love how it challenges me and stretches me while I work out. I'm not that sore the next day after working out which is a good thing. At the same time you do feel a little sore from the muscles you worked out which lets you know that it's truely working. I love the way I feel after working out on the Total Gym. I know I will be to my goal in no time at all if I keep this up!!

I have incorporated the Total Gym into a daily exercise routine. The increased range of motion, loss of stiffness and pain and overall increase in fitness that I have experienced in the 2+ months I have used the system exceeded my expectations. I think a website devoted to and accessible by purchasers of the product with suggested work-outs for specific purposes and related information would be a great addition.

Service and set up was done without the aid of my husband. I did it myself. The cards helped me customize my own needs. I don't have to stop at a gym on my way home. I just go home and it's waiting for me at my convenience. It's a constant reminder to take care of myself. Love it.

I am in Law Enforcement (Forensics). The Total Gym is the best fitness machine I have ever used, bar none. It is a great way to stay fit and also helps reduce the stress of a demanding occupation. Two thumbs up!

Easy to adjust for multiple users or in my case a stonger lower body than upper.

I started using the Total Gym several weeks ago and have noticed a difference very quickly. The exercises can be easily customized to your level of strength and ability. The video training is clear and understandable. One of the biggest plusses is the small time frame that it requires to complete the sessions. I'm amazed. Now my husband has started using it also.

Use the product 4 times a week. It has helped to strengthen my upper boody. It is a bit hard to change form one exercise to another, but that is a small set back.
