I'm impressed with the results I have been able to get without having to spend a lot of time each day. I have a little trouble getting the pins in when I adjust the hieght or install the bars, but overall, I am happy with my Total Gym.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I purchased the total gym because I could not get rid of the baby fat that I gained after my first child. I did not get to use the product until about a week ago and I absolutely love it. The most important part is that it is easy to use. I started with the 6-8 minute workout program and it is so easy to refer to the cards and keep on working out. This is not a product that you cannot use without watching the video which I absolutely love. My husband is beginning to use it so that he can get himself in shape for the police academy. We know we will meet our weight goal before the summer with the Total Gym.

I really love the Total Gym. My whole family uses it. It is very easy to use, even for me, and I am not very mechanically inclined. It is easy to set up and put away. I can fold it up, leave it by a shelf in the living room and it does not even look out of place! we don't have much free time, and it is so convenient to just take out and use anytime! We all really enjoy it!!

Wish I had got this years a go

I broke my left arm about 2 years a go. After two surgeries and a lot of physical therapy, I had a very weak arm. The gym is helping me to strengthen my left side and it is making a big difference. I love it.

Wife and I use the product for general conditioning. I always liked the gravity machine at the YMCA and your product performs almost as well. The foot rest is too small. It needs to be made wider and taller. It limits many exercises that I could do for my legs. Overall, We are very pleased with the product and would recommend it to others.

It is so convienent, I can do ot while dinner is cooking, or in the mornjng before work. It is so easy to use even my two year old knows how to use it (I make sure she is not alone). She loves to slide and jump on level two. I love the ease of use and being able to switch exercises with just slight modifications of body placement or easily unhooking the pully and raising the level of incline. Overall... Very happy!
