Amazing all in one workout with this gym

This is my first time with a machine and my first real workouts, and this machine has made the transition easier for me. My goal is to loose 50-60 pounds and i feel that goal is much more attainable with this machine.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Sturdy

Four months after having a baby and only 5 lbs to go. Very easy to use, my 7 year old and I enjoy challenging ourselves. A little heavy at times to adjust, but a muscle builder.

It would have been an advantage to have the 1, 2, 3 set up instructions in a plastic folder on the outside of the box. The printed instructions were not as clear as the folder.

I am a 60 year old woman in fair shape. I use it 3 to 4 times a week to stay that way. I find it easy to use and I am seeing results. My husband has not had the same success. He is over 6 feet tall and finds it too be too small to perform some of the exercises. (The lying down ones.)

Cons: Too small for husband

Great for increasing flexibility

We're both in our early 60's and wanted to increase our strength and flexibility for added health for our senior years. We've been using the Total Gym for 6 weeks utilizing the 6-8 minute video program and we've noticed an improvement in both muscle strength, particularly arm strength and just moving around, getting up and down on the gym from a prone position etc. So our flexibility has improved considerably since the first day when we were pretty clumsy at it.

I had one years ago and was sorry I sold it. My wife and I use it together. We just don't have time to go to the gym.

Feeling Good!

I love the Total Gym because I can vary my workout and adjust the exercises to meet my needs. I really feel the difference and I am stronger after just a few weeks. The only drawback of the gym is that I don't find it easy to set up and take down. It is heavy and awkward to do. I thought I would be able to easily hide it away when I wasn't using it, but that hasn't worked out.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Strengthens
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky, Wobbles on lowest setting
