My husband wanted this and I was reluctant. Every time we buy excercise equipment it usually just sits there unused. Not the case with the Total Gym. I love the womens 6-8 minute workout. They have all the excercises laid out for you already. Our 11 year old son even uses it. He has worked on his upper body strength which has improved his shooting in basketball. We love this product!

6 to 8 minutes works for me

The total gym allows me to work a broad range of muscles in a short period of time. I use the 6 to 8 minute workout which I have lost 25 lbs since I took delivery in January. The short duration keeps my interest. The leg workouts have tightened up my knees (joints). My wife is reluctant to work out on it yet. She tried the 6 to 8 minute workout and it went too fast for her and she got flustrated. She also had the bench come off the track when she sat on the edge. The total gym has been ideal for me.

Ease of use is deceiving because very soon you're sweating up a storm and feel as though you REALLY worked out.

I use the product to supplement the work I do at the Gym, and on some days I use Total Gym in place of my regular fitness center.

I love my total gym. When I first received it, I opened it immediately and went to work. I wish I had someone to tell me which exercises I should be doing because I was unsure of myself. However, with the help of the videos and instruction cards I have tailored a program that I think is working pretty good for me.

A lot of bang for my buck.

I finally purchased the machine an love it. I have lost 6 inches on my waist and have lost 22 lbs so far. I have progressed enough in my strength to develop exercises for judo and wrestling and can't really see myself getting bored. My whole family is using the machine and have all improved their strength. My son couldn't do one pullup at the start and can now complete 10 pullups.
