I bought this about a month ago to help me rehab from a long illness (I had two organ transplants) to gain strength and endurance. Even though it has only been a month of using it 2 to 3 times a week, I am now able to climb stairs, and I am getting stronger every day. Using my own body weight to exercise my muscles is great as it doesn't add to pain in my joints but strengthens my muscles and that is what I need! Great purchase! I love it!
