It has healed my 'hurting' back!

I didn't use the Total Gym when I first received it because my back was bothering me. After about a week, I decided to try it anyway. After I did about 1/2 hour of easy exercises, my back felt a little better. The next day I realized that my back didn't hurt anymore and it hasn't bothered me since. I love it!

I use the total gym three times a week for strength training. I would like to see more fitness dvds for woman with new routines to keep the workout fresh.

I am glad I purchased the Total Gym after seeing it advertised on TV. I have never liked exercising and going to a gym. With the Total Gym I am able to have the convenience of exercising in my home and find I exercise more often now. My use for the Total Gym is to lose weight and firm up. In the short time I have had the Total Gym I am already seeing a flatter stomach and have more energy.

Complete Indoor Workout for Bad Weather.

The TOTAL GYM meets all it expectations, minus running around it changing the bench set-up to accomodate each part of the work-out I quickly found that shifting my diet to salads and good meals and using this while watching TV got me closer to my fitness goals in near 1/4 the time. Instead of just sitting there with my TV show, now I'm working out and enjoying the improved energy and so used to the machine's operability that I just leave it on the highest setting and round out my body strength accordingly. Very good alternative to the poor weather in this area.
