I had watched the commercials for years on tv...finally decided if it's been around this long, it must be doing something right! I use it 3 times a week and have to plan my workouts around others in the family!
Pros: Easy Storage, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Quiet Operation

I love my Total Gym and I use it daily. I do 2 of the 6-8 minute workouts every day, except on days that I have time for the Pilates Workout - which has been averaging about twice a week. In 7 weeks I have lost 5lbs, but more imporantly several inches and I feel stronger. Who can't fit in 20 minutes a day! It definately works and I wish I would have bought it years ago.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Comfortable, Convenient, Strengthens
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I purchased it for my wife and she absolutely loves it. We were able to get rid of 2 of our other pieces of exercise equipment. It's easy to use and you can work on all parts of the body.

Very easy to set up and to transition from exercise to exercise. A great workout can be fit in when in a time crunch. I've only been using it for approx. 3 weeks and I am beginning to see improvement.

With the Total Gym I get an effective workout in very little time. The workout plans are great and the cards not only tell you how to do the exercise but show you as well! I think it's as close to perfect as a home gym can get. It's worth every penny.

I have used this more than any other exercise equipment.I have bad knees and I think it has helped strengthen the muscles around my knees. My husband and son enjoy using the gym also,it is a great way to exercise.

Awesome Workout Tool

This is a great tool to workout on. When I received the Total Gym, I set it up in less than 15 minutes, popped in an excersise cd and I was off to exercising. Changing to different exercises is simple enough even for me. Again great tool and well worth the money.
