The Total Gym does everything I was looking for. Two things that need to be fixed. 1/ The cables are to long for short people for some of the women exercises. 2/ I am 6ft. 2 and bottom out on some of the exercises.

Why did I wait so long?

I'm able to do all of the exercises without putting any strain on my knees. I've really been able to strengthen my leg muscles. It is really fun to exercise, I can't wait to workout.
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Quiet Operation, Comfortable
Cons: Bulky, Hard To Set Up

I use it four times a week, tryng to alternate the workouts for weight loss and strength training. So easy to use! Only I'd rather leave it out because it's kind of a hassle to pull out everyday. So I just leave it open.

Its private and convenient, I use it every day, I can go as slow as I want because no one else is waiting. I am a 50 year old woman and the strength training I am getting out of this is not only good for me in the 'bone sense' but it is helping me actually feel stronger.
