Fantastic Menopause Symptom Fighter!

At age 50 the Total Gym XLS helps me fight the menopause systems of tiredness, grumpiness, weight gain and flabbiness. After I finish exercising, I always feel happier and invigorated. I can maintain my figure without going to an exercise gym. I now wear my two pairs of stretch pants (with pockets) I had purchased in the 1980's. Teenage women always ask me where they can buy a pair. I have to tell them they can't find this style anywhere.

My Total Gym hits the Spot

I purchased the Total Gym for three reasons: First, the Total Gym allowed me to transition away from my Olympic Weights, and reduce the impact on my joints. Second, I was looking for apiece of equipment that would fit into my life style, which was compact and intuitive to use. Third, I wanted a piece of equipment that had no-rules, allowed me to be creative with my workout routines and was a quality piece of hardware that would last. I am still and always will be a work-in-progress. What I have noticed in the limited time I have had the Total Gym is: I have lost approx, 15 lbs., increased my over-all strength and added 50 yards to my drives. I love Totalgym XLS because out of 15 years that I have been working out I have never seen me more toner. It has only been 7 weeks and I love what my body looks like now. I am so happy with so many exercises that this one machine can do. You would not believe how wonderful you feel working out on this until you use it for yourself. Like they say seeing is believing and I love what I see. I use my Totalgym 3 to 4 times a week and enjoy every minute. Smooth motion never hurting my arms or wrist. Great for my legs. I feel that I have more strength then I did 7 weeks ago. Just writing this to you makes me what to work out. That is how I feel about this machine. I have something that I can say, I finally bought a machine that really works in toning my body.

This is the first piece of excerise equipment I have used more than a few times. I actually have a routine now. The exercies are easy on your joints.

Great Workout!

I bought the XLS model for my fiancee and I in December. We have been working out 5 days a week minimum since and don't know what we did without it. She does the circuit and pilates. I do the circuit and strength exercises. I read some reviews before I bought it saying it was heavy and hard to move. I haven't had a minutes problem with either..and the workouts are great!

The exerisecards are a huge help. However, I would find them even more beneficial if I knew which muscle groups each exerise targeted. Putting a quick note in the corner of the cards would take this product from COOL!! to Awesome!!

The exercise cards actually do have the muscle groups listed on them in the top right corner under the card number. Glad you find the cards useful!

This is an all round machine--does it all. I really love the addition of the pilates attachments. The videos are very inspiring! My daughter visited from Cleveland and tried the machine. She loved it so much that she bought one too!
