It is amazing that such a "compact" piece of equipment offers the variety of exercises that it does. I have wanted to buy The Total Gym for years and finally bought it for myself to kick-start the new year.

My husband and I have enjoyed using the Total Gym XLS. We use it 5-6 days weekly for 30 minutes. I needed to strengthen, tone, and lose weight. I have been able to stick to exercising with this product. It is easy to set up and use. It relieves stress that settles in my neck and shoulder areas plus I have more energy and sleep better. It is a bit heavy for me to actually move once I am done and have folded it up but my husband has no problem in doing that part. We are pleased with the Total Gym and would recommend it to any and every one.

I specifically use the Total Gym for muscle gain, which it does well at, but it is limited to the amount of weight you can exercise with. Works great for working on flexibility and stabilizers!

I really enjoy the product. I am using the product on a regular basis. My only problem is when trying to work out very slowly (from the video) I can feel the wheels rumble a little. I hope I'm not to big for this product (265).

The Total Gym XLS has a weight limit of 400 lbs so you do not have to worry about your safety / stability.

I love the low impact workout I get each day without being so sore it's hard to move the next day. It's so nice not to have to work out on the floor anymore. I even got my husband of 30 years to work out, and thats a first!

Had shoulder damage due to using free weights!! I use the Total Gym not only for PT of shoulder damage but for conditioner exercises as well. The Total Gym works all muscle groups without stress on joints. Had PT for 6 months but I acomplished more with Total Gym in 1 month!!
