Works better than the gym

You can feel your heart rate go up when i was at the gym could not raise my heart rate except if I went 200 on a elliptical machine which my legs could not take for long.

My husband and I wished we had used a video camera the first time I tried it out. We would have won money on America's Funniest Home Videos. After a few times with him by my side (which made exercising more fun) I am now able to do the exercises by myself. I usually follow the video workout and actually feel better after exercising! I have kept my resolution to use my Total Gym at least three times a week and am ready, after one month, to add in little 5 minute sessions on other days. I am not a small person, nor am I in shape, but my total gym will help me to get where I want to be. Thank-you!

The only con I have to say about the total gym is that, before I set it up in my jacuzzi room, it was a bit of an inconvenience to set it up and take it down everytime I wanted to use it because I didn't have enough space in my bedroom to leave it out.

My husband really loves it and uses it 5 days a week. Me on the other hand found out that I am pregnant just after we got it so my use of it is limited right now per my doctor. Other than that I can't wait to have full use of it after I have the baby! Only complaint would be that as my stomach gets bigger I have no where to rest my hands while I am doing the legs.

My husband and I are using the Total Gym for general fitness,toning and weight loss. It is easy to use and some of the exercises are challenging. We both are enjoying the Total Gym and would highly recommend it.

Sliding and Gliding to a New Body

The Total Gym has exceeded my expectations! I purchased the Total Gym to tone my body and just plain get back into shape. I use it daily for at least a 10-20 minute workout in the early morning or evening. It provides the right workout with the right amount of resistance training. I love its ease of use and setup and the ability to switch from one exercise to the next in a matter of seconds. I have been using the Total Gym now for just over 6 weeks and have lost over 13 pounds!! My wife loves my new look and I feel great! I would recommend the Total Gym to anyone from a novice to an experienced athlete. The Total Gym offers something for everyone! Thanks Total Gym!!!
