Great Workouts

I have this in my basement and work out at least 3-4 times a week.
Pros: Easy Storage, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up

I have really enjoyed my Total Gym. I especially like the pilates feature. The upper and lower body exercises are amazing! My sister tried it out and said that she is trading in her BowFlex for a Total Gym!

You have to have the will to make this work, otherwise there are so many options for workout it can be overwhelming. Once you get into the groove it will get simplier and faster. Even my biggest guy friends originally scoffed at it, but not after they tried just one exercise! All said it was tougher than it appears, just like in the commercials. It is less expensive than gym membership, however you don't have the other people to motivate you (or intimidate you!). It is just like any work out routine, you have to just do it. It may not be for 400 lb. bench pressers, so if you are anything other than that, this will excite you, you will see a difference. This is my second one, and 3 of my friends have purchased one for themselves after using mine.
Pros: Strengthens, Sturdy, Quiet Operation, Comfortable
Cons: Set up is medium

Great Workouts

The total gym is perfect for me and easy to use!! I have MS and working out has always been a challenge; I use the total gym 5-6 days a week using the "Getting Started Workout" and my strength and stamina have greatly improved!! I recently added an upper body work out and can already see and feel the difference. Like any equipment, it only works if you use it but the ease of the total gym makes you WANT to use it every day.

Wonderful product for injured servicemen

Since I was discharged from the Army because of an back & knee injury I sustaned , the Total Gym has been great for physical therepy for my back and knee problems. with the Total Gym I feel like I can get back to serving my country at a 100% in the army.

Cons: Bulky
