I've Been Waiting For This!

I had been waiting for something like this in my exercise life! I'm a runner and there are days that I wanted an alternative exercise and Total Body Gym filled those days for me....the only thing....is that I started to notice my legs became stronger with my use. It was so easy, that I felt that it couldn't being doing that much. Then I noticed how much easier my runs had become. It is my #1 way to exercise and running is now 2nd. (After 19 years of running!) Thanks Total Body Gym, I appreciate you!

I purchased the total gym to help me maintain the weight I've lost this year. I also purchased the total gym to help me build muscle strength and endurance. I've lost about 10pds and I recieve a lot of comments from different people about my weight loss. I walk and run everyday to stay in shape but, I work on the total gym 2-3 times a week. I noticed my husband had started to work out on the total gym everyday and, he told me that I wasn't doing it right. I really do think that he is jealous of my weight loss so, his working out daily as well. I proud of him and I hope he keeps it up. I only work out 10-30 minutes in the morning before I start my day. I really like using the total gym and I would recommmed it to anyone seeking to purchase one. The experience has been divine. Thanks Lac

The product that keeps "you" focused

This product stares me in the face when I get home off of the road and makes me exercise. Its fun and easy to use. I don't like taking it down and setting it up. I think thats kind of hard. It is an easy design to store.

I have always walked and know I need a little more cardio than that. I have free weights but sometimes feel I am not doing it correctly. The total gym gives me a cardio and helps me exercise safely. I can't do it wrong. The instruction dvd and manuals are very helpful. I am only 1 month into using the total gym and really am glad I finally bought it after years of viewing the infomercials.

"The Seniors Youth Machine"

Machine assists 2 75/74 yr olds to stay moveable and strong. It helps to make our minds think young. Suggest to our friends to have one which is set up all the time and to use it more than once a day. Great machine! However, the recliner is a great follow-up!

I love my total gym! It's so convenient to have it in my home as now I work out everyday - even if I have only 10-15 min., I know I'm getting some workout in and overall, feel so much better!

The best thing I like about it is that my 1-1/2 and 4 year like to ride it while I workout on it. They think its a ride. I have to be very careful but they love it.
