It changed my life

I use this product to reduce my blood pressure. My blood pressure has been reduced 20 points. And now my husband is using the Total Gym and we feel great!!! We have more energy than ever before. We are over our 50s and we act like we are in our 30s.

I was surprised how much of a workout it provides. My joints are damaged, I can go at my own pace. I couldn't believe how many exercises available on the Total Gym.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Strengthens

Easy to use and makes proper form also easier to achieve. I like the easy to follow routines which take out guess work plus the quality pictures with explanations are great too. To tell you the truth, I do not know yet what I do not like about it. I take my Total Gym work out one day at a time. I hope to upgrade myself to a frequent exerciser and really enjoy the Total Gym program. During my routine it is nice not to have to wait for a piece of equipment at the public gym.

I have really enjoyed building muscle mass. I have always been a runner and have never tried to use weights to develop muscles. I am getting definition in my arms and back that I have never had before.

I absolutely love my new Total Gym. It was so easy to set up and make changes for different exercises. I was working out within an hour. I've already started noticing my muscles toning up. And it's only been a month. Thanks Total Gym!
