It does really work

I use the Total Gym 5-6 days a week to improve overall health, tone my muscles and lose some weight. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and have started to see results already. The machine is easy to use and if used correctly does work. Due to space limitations, must store upright daily and kind of a hassle to set up each day, but it is worth it.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy Storage, Strengthens

It replaced my gym membership!!!

I needed something to replace my gym membership after my gym closed. I was pleased to discover that using the Total Gym is so much better than working out at a gym. Switching exercises is simple and quick. You don't have to wait for the next machine and re-set weights. I can hardly believe all of the machines it replaces! Having it right at home makes it easy to do even a few exercises if you don't have time for a full workout. I had knee surgery right after I got the Total Gym and was afraid I wouldn't get to use my new "toy" very soon. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I can do much of the basic workout and it has helped with my post-surgical exercises the doctor gave me. As my knee heals, I will become a much more frequent exerciser! The Total Gym is everything you promised and more! Thanks for such a high quality piece of equipment!

Since I've had the Total Gym, my workouts have been much more productive. I'm able to do intense workouts in short periods of time. The Total Gym is very easy to use and easy to store. It not only helps to strengthen, but also stretches muscles at the same time. I'm very pleased with my Total Gym.

Amazing what this machine offers

Amazing what this machine has to offer. I am using it in conjuction with portion control eating, and the weight is just coming off. I use it for 15 minutes each morning and I can feel the cardio workout. The treadmill did not give me the same cardio. It really does not take a lot of time to get and feel the results. The storage is not something you would do on a daily basis. It is too heavy and I would never get to the workout. I am excited and very pleased with my purchase.
