I love the Total Gym! It's so easy to set up & use! It's very quiet & glides easily with all attatchments. I love the fact that you can leave it set up & lock the seat in place so small children don't pinch their fingers or other body parts! This is a great overall product!

If I had an extra room to set it up in and leave it... it would be great. Setting it up to use it and folding it up to it put away can be a hassle. I will have to say that it does give you a good work out.

I like the total gym. I use it for an overall body workout. I like the fact that you see immediate results. I don't like having to stop my workout to attach the wingbar or pulleys.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: Bulky
