I really enjoy having this product available in my home. I do not have to go to a gym to do the workout I need. I love it because I can work out almost every muscle on this machine. Its easy and convinient for me.

I bought this product to return back to the physical state I was in back in my twenties and thirties--I'm 51 and counting. Within the first six weeks I have dropped 15 lbs, lost 2 inches of fat on my waist, and added muscle tone and size everywhere. Heart rate has dropped, cardo has greatly improved. I will continue to use this machine for keeping me at my optimum level of physical conditioning and strength. Targetting specific body areas has never been easier with this design.

Total Home Gym

As our family expands and time becomes more limited for gym activities, this is a perfect alternative for people under the same circumstances. When I frequented the gym, I would either take GTS classes or have personal training on a GTS machine. So I am familiar with its capabilities and pleased that our model is capable of producing the same results.

I'm sixty years old, have worked out off and on since my twenties, and physically fit and look good. I got tired to traveling to the gym and trying to work around the muscle bound youngsters to get at my machines and set my weights. I set up a room in my house with the Total Gym and other workout machines like bike, treadmill, and hand weights. The set up was easy, and it works well. I progressed up the levels fast. The only draw back is the results from the chest exercises. Laying down and doing presses and wide presses doesn't carry over on the Total Gym. Plus out of all the cards that are in the package, I only use about a third of them since many are repetitive. Overall I am satisfied with the product and glad that I purchased it.

Cons: Chest exercises are weak

My wife and I love the Total Gym becouse both of us can use it. She loves how she can workout at her pase and I at my pase. We do a large amount of differnt exercise with no stress at all. Thank you for the Total Gym, we have toll many of our friends about it. Thank you, Vance Conyers Jr.

Wonderful product

I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in my posture - a benefit that I hadn't thought about when I purchased the unit. Also, there has been a dramatic decrease in the amount of back pain that I experience on a daily basis. I'm a 60 year old woman and I'm beginning to feel as fit as I did 20 years ago and I've only had the unit for a little over 2 months.

i use the total gym for a quick boost when i cant get to the gym. It pumps me up its great for my wife an son too. because it is adjustable so it can be low impact and easy or harder. if i want more burn i just use more reps I expected the metal handles that i saw on TV. but i got the strap handles. they hurt my wrist and rub against my arms , an i get the metal handles that was advertised?

Our Total Gym XLS does come with the nylon strap handles which are preferred by most. However, if you would like the metal handles they can be purchased on www.totalgymcatalog.com

I use every change I get just getting the Flu. I love the way I can work my arms and legs I will never use anthing else I so glad bought the total gym. Things are so good I don't have no bad thimgs to say.
