I bought this machine to lose wieght which was very hard to do with bad knees. This machine does everything as promised and more. It is a very good investment that I can see lasting many years. I would recomend this mache to everyone as you can tailor your workout to your own personal and physical needs. Fantastic simlple design that works. Thanks for your deigner insights.

Just what I was looking for!

I needed to get back in shape since my back injury has held me back on good exercise. My sister in law got one about 2 years ago and loves it. So, after researching the exercises it could do I felt like it was perfect for me. I am trying to get back into shape to do some triathlons. I used to be a hard core martial artist and mountain bike racer. I use to lift weights for many years, for power and body building. I loved it! I love this machine and it's especially convenient for my small house. It is so easy to rip out a workout and target muscle groups. I really like it's smoothness, ease of change, and all of the accessories. I also love Chuck Norris, which helped me decide on this. GREAT Machine!

I use the gym daily and at 55yrs old find it very easy and comfortable to use. I have yet to find a downside to this product. It is so easy to change between different exercises.

My Total Gym arrived in just a few days! It is a great work out for both my husband and myself with different body types and exercise goals. The videos were helpful for learning proper technique and posture. Lots of fun!

Overall a very good product

I really enjoy my workouts with this equipment. I do find changing the attachments to be a bit awkward. It is important to get a routine that works for you, then you can maximize heart rate without spending too much time changing accessories.
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy
Cons: Awkward transitions
