The Total Gym was just what I was looking for in an at home gym. What is really great is that not only can I workout in the safety, comfort, and privacy of my own home, but my family can use it as well. The only con I have is that anyone who has long hair, BEWARE! I got my hair caught underneath the bench. I now know better and tie it up under a cap.
