I exercise every other day and it has given me great results in a short time. I feel my body toning up, am well satisfied.

I have enjoyed the Total Gym! As a die hard attendee at the gym, time constraints were preventing me from getting in a good workout. I had some hesitation, but am very pleased. It is amazing the degree of strength training you can get with the height adjustment. The easy to follow instruction cards are a great tool. I would highly recommend the Total Gym. My daughter also used a Total Gym at her rehab from knee surgery many years ago. I was impressed with the equipment then.

this is very easy to use. When I find myself stuck in the house cause of the snow, I just take out the total gym and bang out a workout on that!

Our whole family uses the equipment, including my 12 and 14 year old kids. We keep it set up in our bedroom and can use it at any time which is very convenient. I like being able to work on slimming down my upper legs. I don't get bored using the Total Gym. We don't regret purchasing this equipment, knowing it will last a long time.
