I love my Total Gym!

This is a great product. Easy to use and understand each exercise. Being 61 I especially needed to improve my flexibility and strength. The Total Gym has done both. I would highly recommend this product.

The thing I love is that it is something our whole family can use. We have a 17, 13 and 10 year old that we want to establish a habit of fitness for their whole life. The Total Gym allows each of us to work at our own level and I am amazed that you REALLY CAN work your entire body. What a wonderful product!

Product showed up when promised. The packet had about 100 different exercise cards included!! You make your own fitness level, the higher you make the bench the harder it is, then you can also add weights to the unit! My husband is a body builder and he loves it!! It is like having a gym at your house. I got rid of my gym membership and just use this unit along with my treadmill.

My Total Gym XLS

I described my self as a frequent exerciser. That only happened AFTER I purchased the Total Gym. Before, I was a NEVER exerciser. I got the machine, popped in the videos....this is a MUST...put the poster on the wall, put all the 'extras' including the booklet on a table next to the machine for easy access and started exercising immediately. I started off slow and easy. I am still....after two months still slow but I am faster and with more reps and moving the bar UP!!!!! In the two months that I have had the machine I have lost over 15 inches. The use of the Total Gym has gotten me motivated. I now exercise 6 days a week and have included an eliptical and aerobics to my daily workout. Who would have thought. I was the original couch potato. I know personally that I will never be in as good of shape as Chuck Norris but for me right now, if I hadn't watched the infomercial at 3 am one fine morning, I never would have purchased the Total Gym. It is wonderful. You just can't realize how it as actually changed my life....I know it sounds corny but it is true. I have more energy, my eating habits have changed (I now know how much I have to exercise to get those extra calories off) and it is so EASY to use. I will say this, I kept wondering on the video why they kept changing the devices on the machine....it is to rest and to get a swig of water. Thank you Total Gym for getting me moving and motivated. I feel GREAT!!!!!
