I purchased this for my dad, who is 69 and needed something new to keep up on his fitness. It shipped very quickly..
He loves it and I do too! It was easy to figure out how it works (came assembled). There is plenty of guidance and instruction on how to use it and lots of effective workouts to choose from. It is smooth and seems to be good quality thus far. I do wish it came with more attachments as I realized many of the exercises I wanted to try required additional parts, but there are still plenty of workouts to choose from. We are really happy with the purchase and the ease of putting it away when needed. I have been a personal trainer nearly my whole life, and I highly recommend this equipment for a full, comprehensive and effective workout for the whole body!
