I bought my total gym on 7/11/16. It arrived quickly, however; one of the handles was slightly damaged. Total Gym replaced BOTH handles immediately. The customer service reps were so professional from start to finish. I love, love, love this gym! It is fun to use and has enough workouts to keep me busy for a very long time! I have MANY other pieces of workout equipment, but the Total Gym XLS is by far my favorite!

Was not sure when we ordered this. Saw the 30 minute shows on TV. Everyone was so sincere, so we took a chance and I can say it is a great investment. Easy to use, I can feel the workout after, No hard or harsh movements with weights. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The DVD and the cards make it easy to use the Total Gym. Awesome tool to regain health.
