My husband and I alternate days on our Total Gym encouraging each other every day! Bought it about a month ago and we are amazed at the use of EVERY muscle! Love the videos and encouragement of the trainer! 20 minutes goes by quickly! In our 60s, we have regained strength and stamina for everyday activities! As cyclists, we are more confident of our endurance. Love it! We recommend Total Gym to all of our friends! Great investment!

I've had My Total Gym not quite a month now, and I initially ordered it to get in shape. I didn't expect how it would strengthen my back and improve my posture. Within the first week I felt it strengthen my back and my core. I have more energy I can do things were physically almost impossible 2 weeks ago. I find it interesting that once you develop your core, you actually get a better abdominal, leg, stregthening & upper back definition, you can isolate muscles easier. Work out better, not harder rIghg? Ive recommended the equipt. to everybody that will listen, I'm so impressed. Hands down best investment ever.
