Not What I Expected

Not much to do on it. There are just a few tension exercises. But not the workout I was expecting. I was very disappointed.
Pros: Sturdy
Cons: Bulky, Hard To Set Up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

was delivered to office and being disabled I could not get this into my apartment by myself. had to call the office to assist and they did for free, but I did not like that I had to do that.
Pros: Comfortable, Quiet, Easy To Use
Cons: Disabled User, Hard To Set Up

Needs some fine tuning

I use the product daily and am impressed how effective the training is for a limited time of use. It is a little difficult to coordinate how to grab the cables but once you get that down it is a natural movement. It is not the machine that is so good as much as the theory of using it.
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Sturdy, Quiet

Use for occasional workouts. Would be nice if had bigger area so I could leave set up.

Service and delivery were excellent...right to my door. I've only had my totalgym now for a couple of weeks...it took me a couple of days to figure it out and watch the videos but I love it. I live in an apartment and I am amazed at how compact it is and all the things it does. I am starting out slow and have not master all the many different ways to use it...the only thing that wasn't clear to me was how to do low impact exercise..I want to lose weight..but the routine given is to hard to start out when you have never exercised a day in your life. But I like it and I will use it and see what happens.

I was excited to find the total gym was everything it informercial stated it was would be. Very easy to use and transition from one exercise to another. My boyfriend had both of his knees replaced recently and found it to be very easy for him to do his exercises !!
