i am using the product to strengthen, build muscle, and burn fat. easy exercises too heavy, and won't fit under bed
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens, Comfortable
Cons: Not easy storage, Hard To Set Up

great c/service. Great product. Sadly, it was way too big and heavy for me and i had to return it. Its not as easy to storage and put away as they claim!(i'm a 5'2" woman w/cervical injury! It is meant to b used in a permanent set up like a home gym. If i ever get an extra room for that i would surely re-order it.

Cons: Heavy To Set Up If Woman, Bulky

Good product for days off from the gym

Great for upper body strength. Lacks good lower body workouts expecially for athletes who work hard at the gym. Not much for the glutes
Pros: Sturdy, Great For Arms, Strengthens, Comfortable
Cons: Hard to fold up, Not Good Wleg Exercises, Bulky To Store

not for small apartments

i am enjoying my total gym but it is too large for my apartment which makes it hard to set up and take down and when its set up it takes up every inch of my living room - making it hard to change out the different attachments needed for a full work out. also there should be some warning that your hair may get stuck in the under pulley which does not feel good when that happens. i would work out more if i had more room for it.

For this type of a system (not free weights), it was really good. I didn't feel I could weight train easily/effectively enough to replace the gym. But my wife loved it, so bummed to get rid of it. Just WAY too expensive.

This is very heavy and bulky for one person to move and take down. The leg exercise attachments are awkward also.
