I bought the XL gym about 2 months ago, The set up was straight forward. Very easy to use and jump from one exercise to another. You can get a good workout in 30 min when your in a hurry. My only complaint is the rollers are a little noisy. Other than that I like working out with this gym. Came with lots of instructions and videos.
