Easy to use but the roller wheels don't last long.

I enjoy my Total Gym XLS but wish that the roller wheels would not need to be replaced so often. Although I am very careful, I have to replace a roller wheel every 6 months or so.

I bought my total gym almost a month ago. I love it. The exercise is easy, with amazing results. In 3 wks. I lost 3 1/2" off my waist and 1/4 " off hips, 1" off thighs, 1" off arms and 1 lb. in 3 weeks off exercising 3-4 days a week at beginner exercises. I love the way my clothes feel on me. Everything is toning up. My husband keeps commenting me. Thanks Total Gym.

Unfortunately have not start the program since 28 days ago due to no Closed Captioned on DVDS, but got some infos YouTube has CC lot works for me to hunt
even can not read lips trainer so energizer! That is key like boot camp made you do what sarge said. I somewhat got idea to start very slow and feel it to built up my fragile neck. Believe it works…..ask me next month!
