Could not imagine so many exercises could be done and so much accomplished. What a great piece of equipment. Just right for me. I'm 71 years old and this low impact way to exercise is awesome. But don't let it fool you. It really works you out. I thought I start at number 3 level, no way. I had to lowered to number one. So glad I purchase this. So easy to set up and take down. Again, so glad I did.

For years wanted to have the convenience of working out ah home but never took the idea seriously until the covid-19 came up, so the gyms closed until further notice. I'm glad out of something bad like a pandemic something good came up for me and many of fitness lovers that jumped into the wagon because of that. I love the machine, the variety of exercises it offers, all of that a t the convenience of your home home, it can't get better than that

I really like this machine. It provides an effective and efficient workout. It's easy to move from one exercise to another quickly, or alter an exercise just by changing the direction of motion. It's smooth and simple. The construction quality is good. It folds up compactly against the wall, which is nice. I would have given it 5 stars, but I've had a few pinched fingers folding and unfolding it. User error, I know, but there it is.

I have to give credit, where credit is due. In my opinion, the Total Gym is an excellent, tried an true piece of equipment, just not for me and I am really bummed about that. I was following the beginner videos and began feeling quezey. I honestly thought I was coming down with something. I felt better throughout the day and the following day, attempted to use my Total Gym again. I didn't last 5 minutes...The sliding movement of the platform was making me motion sick. I have experienced sea sickness all through my life, but never in a million years did I expect it to be brought on by the function of the Total Gym. Your telephne rep explained to be how to go about returning it and I received my full refund in a matter of days. I found the Total Gym to be of great construction and have no doubt it would have lasted years and do the job intended. Unfortunately, I could not use it. You have an amazing product and a great honorable company. I wish you continued success. Please keep up the good work..

I have been using the total gym for about 3 weeks and it is everything in exercise equipment. It can fully assembled and set up is a breeze. Just make sure to view the set up and how to use videos. I love the work out videos. I'm 58 years old, so I'm starting out slowly, but have plans to document my progress. I plan to say goodbye to all the pandemic pounds and then some!
