I have MS and was looking for something to give me a lift. This was absolutely perfect! The levels of resistance are adjustable and this is great for me. Since I've started using the Gym I have noticed a remakable difference. When I stand or move to my chair it is much easier I didn't think I was that bad but after using the Gym things are getting much better. Can't wait to see what is next!

I am a heavy guy. I want to lose weight. Machine is not any more fun to use than a treadmill. Total Gym is not as effective if a person is heavy > 300 lbs
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Bulky, Hard to roll, Heavy, Not Effective

I use the product to help firm, tone, and lose weight. Things that are great about it: seems sturdy, simple workouts, and it interested my son's attention on trying to workout. Things that aren't so great about it: it's bulky, need lots of area to use, and to pricey.
Pros: Sturdy
Cons: Hard To Use, Bulky

we received our total gym last week. we had the original some years back and loved it and wore it out. so we decided to give a new one a try...to our disappointment the bed is very short compared to the original ....i also have to worn everyone TIE YOUR HAIR UP! my hair is not lng at all but ive had it caught twice in the wheel. i literally had pull my hair out of the wheel...

Too Much Trouble With a Bad Back

I have a bad low back, bad vision and an artificial hip. Also missing the muscle in the back of the right thigh. I just hurts to much to do all the changing and get thing where they belong in order to use it. If I can't talk my son into purcahsing it, I will have to return it. The smoothness is all that it is advertised to be and perhaps better suited to younger folks.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage
Cons: Hard To Use, Uncomfortable
