This gym was good for my son who is in good shape, but for the heavier people in my family this was not bulit for heavier full figured people.I still use it cause im paying for it but if i had the 2nd chance i wouldnt have purchased it
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Not Effective, Uncomfortable, Noisy Operation

so cool that all I have to do is think about working out and I can jump on the Total Gym and be working up a sweat it the time it takes to get out to the gym. I am going to get the Bike attachment this week.

I received the equipment and tried to put together, both my daughter and I could not put together...... My son is moving here this Saturday and will be able to help! Very disappointed I have not used or was able to put together. Extremely heavy to even just move around.

I bought this a month ago in anticipation of foot surgery and looking for an alternative to walking/aerobics to keep some type of exercise during recovery.
