We miss our older model!

This unit is much longer than the one we had previously (which was quite an older model, bought about 10-15 years ago) and thus requires a good deal of space. If you have hardwood floors, would recommend setting the machine on a mat. There's a rough edge at the lower end of the machine which scrapes hard wood floors. Without the mat, the machine moves as you work out. It also seemed easier on the earlier machine to move the bench up and down depending on the exercise. It's nice to have so many exercise options on one machine, but certain things could be smoothed out a bit.

I bought this a month ago and I am very very happy with the product. It gives me the intense workouts that I love. I have never gotten off the machin without a nice sweat going.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased a few weeks ago, unpacked it. Watched a few cds not all of them yet. Have formulated a routine and takes me about 30 to 40 minutes to work my upper body one and about 25 to 30 minutes for my lower body the next day. With abs thrown in. Love the way I can change from one exercise to another in a very short time. I love it.

Not as easy as it looks on TV

Pretty hard to set up and it was annoying to put on and off attachments for different exercises. Definitely not as it looked on TV or as effective, which was disappointing. Also didn't realize that you get to try the equipment for [$]for the first month but the actual equipment costs more than [$]when you finish the monthly payments. Way over priced! I returned the product for full refund.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sturdy
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky, Hard To Use, Uncomfortable, Not Effective
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i don't feel like my legs get a good enough work out. i'm not that wild about the handles, they are different than the handles on the infomercial. the ankle/foot straps are uncomfortable. it gives a good upper body workout if you are only trying to stay tone. overall i would say it is just okay. i wish i had returned mine.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Uncomfortable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
