Saved me $90 a week in Pilates Classes

Use it for core strength. I am 71 and have a non-operable back condition. Without excercise I would not be able to do the things I enjoy. Namely play golf. The only negative for me is the ankle straps. They are very uncomforable and feel too big. I wrap a small towel around my ankes but they still hurt. I have been taking the hand grips and placing them on the ropes with the plastic grip to the side for my shoe to stay in the strap. Wish you had a foot attachment more comfortable so I do not have to change the grip everytime I excercise.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Comfortable, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use

I’m so disappointed with this product. With all the positive reviews I read I was so confident that this would be and exceptional product. It’s a very awkward product. Not easy to maneuver. And the cable comes loose all the time. I am returning this product.

I love that I dont get out of breathe while working out like I did on the treadmill. It really focuses on each muscle. I am sore, but not worn out when I am done.
