This is a quality built, made in America, low impact mini gym. I love the range of motion, and infinite exercise capability. I’ve seen infomercials with Chuck Norris for probably 20years about the Total Gym. I’ve been driving a truck for 22years now and I’ve been out of shape for nearly that amount of time. I watched another infomercial and decided that this machine is what I needed for low impact, and full body workout. With a few clicks I got a nearly free trial and fee shipping. If I liked it, 7 interest free payments. Almost a month now, down 10 pounds and a pant size with visible results at 10-15 minutes a day 5 days a week. My strength is coming back and energy. It came with lots of resource dvd’s. I’ve turned a corner in my life. Thanks Total Gym!

I've been using this gym for 6 years now. My sister bought this for me as a retirement gift. I have lost 20 lbs and I am actually gaining strength and muscle mass at the age of 72. I work out 5 times a week. I would definitely encourage everyone to purchase this gym

I’m very pleased with my XLS Total Gym. I love all the exercises I can do on it but rarely could do at the gym because those are the exercises everyone else wants to do. Plus it’s a high quality piece of equipment!
