The Total Gym is every bit as real as the ad says it is. So easy to set up and works like a dream...so smooth. As with a lot of products these days, I was just a little hesitant to try it...but I am so glad I did. I can see myself on it for years to come.

Just attempted my first workout with Total Gym. Youch! Now, I'm overweight and out of shape and it's been over 2 years since I've done weight training. All I can say is... I feel it - and I did not exert myself as much as I could (I admit it, I'm lazy). I am going to love this machine!
