Had our total gym for a bit over a month now. We are both in our mid to late 50's and I wasn't sure about this purchase at first. Never have been much of a work out kind of gal. He loves it and I like it. The bed ripped in the first week but total gym sent us new one the day I called. Think for the price the bed could be covered in real leather. Other than that, I find the machined easy to use and switch around into the many different training options. Sure hope it doesn't become a clothes rack in a month or two.

So far it has been really easy to use - although starting off we are keeping it at a low level and getting off of it that close to the ground is a little difficult when you are older. Seems to be helping both of us with our sore back and legs - both of us have arthritis and back problems. Wish stops for board had a little more of a softer cushion - hits hard when reaching the bottom with each leg lunge.

Have been using my Total Gym going on three weeks. I am 57 and bought it for hubby and I. My husband had to have surgery the week it came in so he has not and will not be able to use for a while. I have not worked out for a few years and knew I needed to do something. From the first time I saw the TG advertised a long time ago I wanted to get one. Just worked out that we could purchase at this time. I am loving it. I get up early every morning and do a 30 minute before work and then around 45 minutes in and the evening. I am already getting results in my arms and legs and the most important thing is I feel good and I am in the privacy of my home!! I had back surgery a year and half ago and this machine has been so easy to use as it has not given me any problems when e my surgery was. I am very satisfied with the Total Gym!!!

After years of seeing the infomercial we finally bough one and it works. I feel the muscles engage just as much on this as I do on the big gym machines. The Total Gym is easy to use and you change exercises in seconds, keeping up the rate of exercise. Even my 14 year old son has started working out regularly because it is so easy to use. The overall quality is great, it is strong and stable. I prefer using the Total Gym over going to the gym any day of the week.
