Great equipment, the only complaint about the machine is when I’m folding it to stow away, cables get tangled and the machine does not row on hard floors , I find my self having to lift machine to put away

I bought this as a gift for my husband. What attracted me to the Total Gym is that it does not take up the whole space in the room and can easily be put away. Both my husband and I like how easy it is to use and that there are sooooo many excersises you can do on one little machine. I hate lifting weights but I like the pulley system and can feel the results in my upper body already after just one week. My husband and I have started on the beginner video and are anxious to move up to the next level. We both would recommend The Total Gym for anybody looking for a great in home gym that is easy to use!

I've had my Total Gym now for about two weeks. I started out with the Express and moved up to the Beginner within a week. I haven't worked out in years but I am finding I can do most all of the exercises and feel great that I've finally found something I can stick with.

It’s real easy on the joints and overall work is great on the total gym, I’m 62 and with a bad back from three auto accidents “ not of my fault “ and working out with iron plate weights most of my life and worrying about injuries like barbell squats and other heavy weight routines was to scary because of my injuries, I started resistance band work outs and that was great but the total gym was a big game changer, I use the resistance bands with the total gym and work outs are incredible without the stress of standing work outs with barbells and iron weights. Love my total gym. Keeping my body strong and the total gym makes it happen a lot safer. Thanks for a great product.
P.S. adding small weights to the slide board plus bands is the best.

The initial set-up was confusing. The instructions lack adequate illustrations. So far I'm not too impressed with the unit. It seems very limited and much more complicated to use than it appeared on the info-mercial.
