Love the convenience of exercising any time of day

T Now I exercise he Total Gym is the first piece of exercise equipment I've purchased since my car accident in 2014. I was in so much back pain I could not even think about exercising. Now I exercise several times per day just as if I were eating several small meals per day.

I bought the total gym just about a month ago.
Just like with everything new it takes a moment to get used too. Like moving the positions, adding the different tools.
I am so glad i did, the workouts are awesome and challenging. I was specifically looking for upper body workouts and i am so happy to say it really works. I did free weights before, and I did not get the same results.
With the payment plan, all the tools included you need, the workout videos, and cards. It is truly one awesome deal you should not pass up.

My husband and I bought this last month in an effort to start exercising. It arrived and sat unopened for a week! We opened it and were somewhat overwhelmed with all the attachments. However, it was easy to set up and once you familiarize yourself with the machine, it is amazing. You can do so many different exercises and at various levels of difficulty. We actually look forward to working out, which honestly is a miracle.

I bought 2 months ago because I am getting married in Feb. I hate going to the gym but I had a membership that I did not use. I was basically throwing my money n the trash. I thought, if I had a gym in my house, I wouldn't have to go anywhere. Boy am I glad I did. I have to say, all the exercises are easy on your joints and low impact, but you can definitely feel the burn and that it's working! I am down 4 lbs and I will never go back tot he gym again. With the number of exercises, you never get bored. You can switch it up at any time. I am a fan for life!

Having seen the Total Gym for years on infomercials l actually believed it was some kind of TV scam. After reading reviews I decided to purchase the XLS. Now I wish I had bought one 20 yesrs ago. It's very forgiving on the joints much nicer than conventional weights. I can do a variety of exercises in a fast and efficient manner. The ultimate home gym.
