Good exercise equipment

I have been using the product mostly for strength training. I have experienced some weight loss, about ten pounds, not the advertised thirty, and along with using the total gym, I have been swimming four to five days a week for 45 mintues to an hour. I had been swimming for six months when I bought the total gym and most of the weight loss occured after the use of the total gym began. I continue to use it five or six days a week and have seen improvement in flexibility and overall strength.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Comfortable

My husband and I use it 6 days a week and we absolutely love it. My husband started seeing results within the first week. It took me a couple of weeks but I am very pleased with the results so far. I have stomach and back problems and this product is the first product I have tried that has not irritated my health issues. For anyone who has medical problems and has a hard time finding a workout program that targets all areas of the body I suggest trying this. I can say first hand I wish I would of invested in the Total Gym first. I have had a couple of people use our gym a few times and loved it so much they went ahead and purchased one themselves.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet Operation, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up

I'm enjoying the gym! I can really feel each workout and the videos are great. The reason why I gave it a four star is because the machine is a lot larger in person than on t.v., which I was not expecting.

Yes, I bought your total gym, and was surprised how easy it was to set up, after looking at the CD. It sat in one spot for over a week until I called customer service to ask for assistance in how to set it up. They informed me to look at the start-up CD, so I did, and I was really surprised how easy it was to set up. Also, I love all the exercises that shows you step by step how to do them. I have so many other things to study and do, until I was so reluctant to add on one more thing. All I can say is, thank you, thank you, thank you, for doing all the thinking for me. Now all I need to do is, "Exercise!"

Love this machine... Love using my body weight as a training and strengthening tool. My schedule leaves a great bit to be desired, at present I am technically working over nights. Luckily with the introduction/ beginner/ intermediate exercise videos, I've created different routines; things I love/ things I hate/ things that make me feel the work out. It's literally 30-35 minutes, then put the machine away-- total time 35-40 minutes. This device makes me want to work out, and then it's put away in my closet . Proud of this particular purchase.
