I bought a Supreme TG last year from a shopping network. It didn't have the weight bars that make a big difference so I'd advise to buy a XLS or Fit instead of trying to save a few bucks. Love my XLS

I had another, older machine similar to this one. The exercise principal is sound and it works if you follow it.
The Total Gym is an improved version of a proven exercise routine and machine that I highly recommend. It has improved my strength and flexibility noticeably. Even everyday things like walking become smoother and easier. I highly recommend Total Gym. Chuck Norris is right.
