I love my Total Gym XLS!! I had a totally gym many years ago. I needed to start working out daily since I turned 50 and saw the commercial on the television and had to buy it that day. There has been a lot of improvements on the system that make it even a better home gym. I feel good and look good. Thanks total gym. This girl has it going on.

I love the Total Gym XLS. The exercises are eady to do yet provide a challenging workout. The only downside, being a cougar-aged woman, it can be challenging to get on and off at times.

Absolutely amazing home gym. I finally decided to pull the trigger due to the pandemic. I cancelled my gym membership and I purchased the XLS. This is a wonderful workout with so many possibilities. Really sturdy and makes me wish I had bought this sooner. Life investment.

Only one issue

This is a great product for the price. My only issue is with the foot mount. It is so short that you cant do a proper squat on it (eg knees extend over toes, not a 90 degree angle in the leg). I am only 5’4 so not sure if this is by design or what. If the footboard had another foot or two on it I would love it!

Could use thicker padding on bench. Cable can hang up when using just one pulley for arm exercises. Otherwise, woukf have guven it a 5 star.
