Takes a lot of room to use. Can't really do workout on 30 minutes as advertised, it takes a good bit of time to set up for each exercise. However it does give you a good workout and I guess that's what's important. Stores away nicely but is hard to move on carpet. You really need a dedicated gym area to get best use of machine.

I have used my Total Gym several times now. I use this to help me tone and try to gain some strength. As an avid cyclist and golfer, I was looking for other ways of exercise that doesn't involve using my legs. Well, this works. I can do a total body workout in less than 15 mins. Able to switch from one exercise to another quickly and easily. Total Gym allows me to workout at home whenever I want. Easy setup/ breakdown, this is a quality product. Will recommend to friends.
