It's awesome! I can do nearly everything I could with a gym membership, and more! I especially love being able to easily move from one exercise to the next without taking too much time, thus keeping my heart rate up.

After a work out my body feels good. I am using the beginners 19 minute express work out and every fourth time I do the beginners 40 minute workout. building mybody up slowly.

I bought my 2nd total Gym. approx.. a year ago. I join a gym, I tried free weights. Just didn't feel right. So that's when I bought my 2nd Total Gym. I work out 3 days a week. I'm 68 years old and love how I feel after a work out on the total gym. When I tell people that I'm 68; Their responses: your kidding, right. No, not kidding I stay in shape by using my total gym. Best piece of home gym equipment I've ever own. Only negative is: the dip bar should be design to give more room for body clearance as you perform the exercise. Extend each bar Approx.1" on the width.

I bought the Total Gym over a month ago, mainly for my almost 13 year old son who has been training for baseball through out the winter, and for myself to get back into shape. He was using a Total Gym as part of his workout routine. With training camp coming to a close and the season starting, I bought the machine since he has a lot of interest in continuing to exercise. It turns out we all love it. I have been using it 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, in addition to jogging. I have already lost 10 pounds and feel great. My wife has started to use it as well. We all love the low impact and numerous exercises the Total Gym has to offer. This was definitely a good investment. We have had other machines and other work out tools in the past, but I feel this is the first one we will all use and stick with for years to come!

Upon receiving my unit, i was very excited to get started. I had tried a different model just weeks earlier, loved how smooth and quiet it worked. My xls however was not as smooth so i checked all components and found one of the wheels under the board was not rolling. It was stuck, so the board was not moving as easily as the one i had tried. Called the company half expecting a run around. Just the opposite. They not only sent me a bag of wheels, they sent me an entire replacement glider board. Thank you Total Gym. Works like a charm now. Regarding my work outs...My flabby arms are becoming lean and lovely. All you ladies who have the turkey arm syndrome...Get this system. REALLY WORKS!

I have been using for about a month and can really see a difference in my legs and arms. Its convenient to have this equipment at home, but I wouldn't consider it to be a great full body work out, and changing out attachments or adjusting the incline disrupts the flow. That being said, its been great for toning and is a good addition to cardio.
