Less than high quality materials used in Unit

Unit not constructed with quality materials. A cheap plastic material is used to make the end covers for the Unit. One was cracked and broken apart when unit removed from the box upon arrival. Other workout equipment I own has hard rubber covers at the tips of the equipment that stand on the floor, a material that will never crack or break apart. Total Gym should should better materials in the construction of its Units.

We are in our 70’s and losing muscles fast and the main reason we chose the Total Gym. We are still getting used to it slowly but have seen some improvement. We will continue to try to get our muscle tone back using T.G.

Great product, needs a slight tweak...

We had a total gym for 18-20 years, it was the next step down unit and it was a work horse, in fact the only problem we had with the unit was we replaced the cable twice. Now we've had the Total Gym XLS now for a few months and it's working out great. I would however make a suggestion for T/G to raise the foot pad 1-2 inches making it user friendly when doing chest press & fly as well as the front pullovers (feet won't slide if raised) After all, most people will be in socks not shoes when using the Total Gym. Other than that, great product and even better price! Thanks!
