I have rheumatoid arthritis. I needed a way to work out that could accommodate my limitations, the total gym has been perfect. I get to workout and select the intensity and positioning my joints can handle. Awesome product!

The first week I had this, the pins for the attachment bar bent so I had to get new pins. Still working through initial program but pleased so far. It takes getting used to when to use pulley and when to unhook.

I like that it gives me a total workout in minutes without needing other heavy exercise equipment. I wanted to get into better shape and lose weight...and I'm encouraged by seeing results only after a few weeks! The exercises are easy to do and still give a workout to the body...the only thing I see as a problem is that sometimes I feel I'm not exactly doing the exercises correctly and not getting full benefits from the workout--even following the video isn't always helpful and I wish there could be a way to correct that situation...Otherwise, I love the Total Gym and use it at least 4 times a week. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I purchased the Total Gym to supplement my weight loss efforts. I weighed nearly 400 pounds when Total Gym arrived at my door. Not only did it easily support my weight, but it allowed me to go at my own pace and choose how hard to push myself. The Total Gym is so quiet that I can watch television or listen to music while I work out and the only noise is my own hard breathing. I had lost 87 pounds prior to getting Total Gym, but I had hit a major plateau at 400 pounds. Since getting Total Gym my weight loss has started back up and I have lost another 39 pounds just in the two months I've owned it. I really do wish I had bought this product sooner.

My wife and I use the Total Gym to stay fit. We discounted our gym membership because we found it difficult to get motivated to drive to the location. The Total Gym is simple to use and we don't have to drive anywhere to get our workouts. It's easy to be motivated when we have the equipment we need in our home and don't have to wait on someone to finish using it before we can. We enjoy going from one exercise to the next with very little effort, which allows us to focus more on our workout than setting-up the equipment. I always wanted to have workout equipment in my home and thanks to Total Gym I can have one that is affordable and efficient.

this gym is perfect. Just right for me and anyone else for that matter. It's in my garage and I can go out any time. turn on the radio and exercise. It does not get boring. You can feel results right away and that makes you feel good and look good.
