It says easy set up but it does not come with very good instructions and all the other parts to add to it come with none. I just had to try a bunch of different positions to make it work gor me. I still have no idea where some pieces go to utilize on machine. Time will tell.

It’s so easy to use! We just got it & are so excited to make our transformation. I verified with my Chiropractor that it’s safe for me to use with my back injury & he said absolutely because it’s such a low impact & using my own body weight. He then told me he also has one & it’s the best thing he has found to use for his own workouts. My husband & I are taking our “before” pics & cant wait to compare what we look like in a few months!
